Was first elected to the Lyndhurst Board of Commissioners in 2013 and has served as the Commissioner of Public Affairs, Public Safety, Finance, and currently the Commissioner of Parks and Public Properties.
Has attended the Rutgers Center of Government Services to improve his knowledge of budgeting and finance administration.
Has served the Township as a member of the Lyndhurst Planning Board, the Hackensack Meadowlands Municipal Committee, and the Joint Sewer Commission with North Arlington.
Over the past 25 years, has devoted his time as a volunteer coach of softball, baseball, wrestling, football, and girls' soccer.
Has also been a sponsor of Lyndhurst youth sports teams.
John and his wife Bernadette have 4 children: Paige, Joelle, Thomas, and Skyler.
